Consecutively championed by Maris Stella High (Secondary)’s Chinese Language Department for 11 years and going, NCSF began its early days in 2007 as an event by the school’s Chinese Literary, Drama and Debate Society and has since gained nationwide recognition extending its reach from secondary schools to also include junior colleges. The annual event is also graced by local filmmakers such as The Fortune Handbook and Taxi! Taxi! Director Kelvin Sng and Where Got Ghost? Co-Director Boris Boo.
